Why T-Zero?

T-Zero has it's roots in triathlon. Triathletes compete in swimming, cycling, and running and have two "transitions" as they switch from one discipline to the next. These are commonly referred to as "T-One" and "T-Two." T-Zero is the first and often most important transition you make. It's the one that helps prepare you to succeed in your sport and whatever life throws at you.

Our Process, Your Success

We utilize a 4 stage process to maximize results and give you the confidence to know where you're at along the way.

1

Symptom Reduction

We believe that a body that feels better, moves better. We utilize a variety of hands on techniques and exercise to help decrease symptoms and start moving better.

2

Retraining

Efficiency in movement is essential towards long term success. You shouldn't have to "think" about how you move to move well, efficient movement should be habitual and natural.

3

The Big 5

The focus is on resiliency in movement. With each new demand you place on your body, we want to make sure you have the STRENGTH, POWER, MOBILITY, ENDURANCE, and BALANCE necessary

4

Chaos

Life is chaotic and our focus is to help you be ready for anything that life throws at you. We offer the education, training, and support necessary so you're prepared to respond to each new challenge.

Client Testimonials

I was involved in a car accident that left me on a good amount of pain in my neck and back. I started physical therapy at T-Zero. I am so grateful for Kari, my physical therapist. My pain is gone and I am able to proceed with my regular activities. Kari is great therapist and I highly suggest her

Danielle J

After having a total knee replacement I was seeing the assigned physical therapist and only getting exercises and being sent home. I knew there was more to physical therapy. I called Kevin! I received the highest quality physical therapy from a Wise, Thoughtful, Caring and Gifted DPT! He rehabilitated my knee back to 100%, he protected my hip and back so they didn’t have problems too!

Amy K

These guys are incredible! Ive seen Kari for a few different injuries and each treatment was approached looking at my body/posture/movement as a whole instead of a cookie cutter treatment. Injuries healed quicker than with any of my other PT's. The care and attention you will receive is great! I highly recommend Kari to get you pain free and back to peak performance!
